THE BEACH CLUB ACTIVITIES SUPERVISOR
The Activities Supervisor is responsible in maintaining daily operations in the Activities department to include training and supervising of staff; creating, coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing all activities/events and providing excellent guest service.
Create, schedule, oversee all activities/events to include equipment rental, contractors and musical acts.
Create and maintain an up-to-date activities calendar and create/print weekly resort guide.
Oversee Activities team in a positive manner to ensure the events are fun and help create happy memories for our guests and daily operating procedures are followed by team members.
Responsible for creating weekly team member schedules and holding team members accountable for attendance and service standards. Responsible for required training as needed.
Responsible for ordering supplies for department within required pars.
Assist management in producing daily/monthly reports as needed.
Assist management in producing annual budget and monitor budget monthly for accurate status/performance.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Excellent verbal communication skills for regular interaction with guests and team members
Excellent customer service skills
Strong knowledge of local community, area and region
Strong problem resolution skills
Ability to lead and motivate team members
Minimum 1 year experience in activities coordination or college degree in activities background
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
